FAQs
When should we start planning wedding?
Ideally, you should begin planning at least 9–12 months before your wedding day. This allows time to book popular venues and vendors with their affordable price, design your dream day, and avoid any last-minute stress.
How do we choose the right wedding venue?
Start by considering your budget, guest list size, and style. Think about whether you want an indoor or outdoor setting, the location’s accessibility, and the services it offers. We can help guide you through the selection process!
How many hours of coverage do we need for our wedding planner?
Typically, we recommend 8-12 hours of wedding day management to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, the amount of time can vary depending on your wedding’s timeline and needs.
Do we need to hire a wedding coordinator if we already have a venue coordinator?
While many venues have coordinators, their focus is on the venue itself. A wedding planner or coordinator ensures that every aspect of your day—from vendors to timelines to logistics—is managed. We work alongside your venue coordinator to make sure everything is seamless.
How do we manage our wedding budget?
We’ll help you create a realistic budget and stick to it! We break down your expenses, prioritize your must-haves, and negotiate with vendors to get the best value for your money.
How do we choose our wedding vendors?
We work with a trusted network of vendors and can recommend professionals who match your style and budget. We’ll also assist with contracts and help ensure your vendors are a perfect fit for your vision.
What if something goes wrong on the day of the wedding?
That’s where we come in! With our experience from planning other weddings, we’re ready to handle any situation that comes our way, and will handle unexpected challenges behind the scenes, so you and your guests can focus on enjoying the day.
Can we make changes to the wedding schedule on the day of?
We always allow flexibility for minor changes! Our team works hard to make sure everything is set, but if adjustments need to be made on the day, we handle them so you can enjoy your celebration stress-free.
Do we need a rehearsal before the wedding?
A rehearsal is highly recommended, especially for the ceremony. It gives everyone a chance to practice the flow, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident for the big day.
